Refunds & Returns Policy

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at southernsass319@yahoo.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

💡 Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

We also do not allow exchanges of any kind.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping & Address Errors

  • We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless the mistake was on our end.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect, insufficient, or non-deliverable address, or if it’s refused, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
    • In these cases, you will need to pay for additional shipping to have the item re-sent correctly.
